A party cabin gives your group a private home base right inside the Barnyard excitement at Liberty Ridge Farm, but the celebration doesn’t stop there. Kids can run, climb, slide, jump, explore, visit animals, and enjoy seasonal festival activities before, during and after your cabin reservation.

Use your cabin for food, cake, gifts, and gathering… then let the farm become the entertainment.

  • Party Pumpkins — A pie pumpkin, a great seasonal gift for your guests! $5 each. Or if you have little guests, consider a Baby Pumpkin, about the size of a baseball, for $3 each.

FAQs

  • On day of your party, bring your guest list of all attendees. We will hold a credit card during your reservation and keep tally of those who attend. Payment for additional attendees (exceeding the 16 guests included) is completed at party check-out. Everyone ages 3+ needs a paid admission to enter the farm (including parents).

  • If available, you are welcome to rent a second cabin!

  • If available, you may rent more than one block of time. Groups must have party cabin vacated by the end of their reserved time.

  • Your reservation confirmation email will have a link to our catering order page. Catering orders must be submitted no later than the Monday prior to your event. To request changes after order window has passed, please call 518-664-1515 and we will do our best to accommodate. All orders will be delivered 45 minutes after your reservation start time.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to reservation time in order to check in. Don't forget your guest list! The party host must check in at the groups window prior to going to your reserved cabin.

  • You may decorate as you like, but please be aware that you are responsible for taking all decorations down at the end of your party. You may not arrive early to decorate or stay late to clean up. Please no piñatas - they are bad for the chickens!

  • Everyone attending the party checks in at the groups window at admissions. Parents of guests can either drop off their children with an organizing host (the parent of the birthday child typically), have a staff member escort their child to the reserved site or pay admission to accompany their child onto the farm.

  • $100 of your reservation fee is a non-refundable deposit unless the Farm closes due to inclement weather, in which case your reservation will be refunded in full. If your reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date, your reservation will be refunded less the $100 deposit. Refunds will not be given to guests who cancel less than 30 days prior to their scheduled reservation date.

Cabin Reservation Policies

  • $100 of your reservation fee is a non-refundable deposit unless the Farm closes due to inclement weather, in which case your reservation will be refunded in full. If your reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date, your reservation will be refunded less the $100 deposit. Refunds will not be given to guests who cancel less than 30 days prior to their scheduled reservation date.

  • A maximum of 30 party attendees per cabin. If you would like to celebrate with more guests, an additional cabin may be rented.

  • Guests are responsible for the transportation of all party supplies to and from the cabin by hand or with the help of yellow wagons. Guests may not, under any circumstances, drive to the party area.

  • If someone in your party requires transportation assistance from the parking lot to the cabin, please call (518) 664-1515 to coordinate.

  • Guests may not arrive early or stay late to decorate/clean up the cabin.

  • With the rental of a cabin or campfire, you are welcome to bring in your own food and drink, no grills or alcoholic beverages
